My Best Friends magazine is published by the Review and Herald Publishing Association, which has a long and rich history in magazine and book publishing, beginning in 1849.

Vibrant Life, the national health magazine, which is the oldest, continuously published family health journal in America. Listen magazine, for teens, has been available for more than 60 years, and is widely used in private and public schools to promote a healthy drug-free lifestyle.

The English edition of My Best Friends, for elementary children, completes the line of attractive and educational magazines for the family. My Best Friends has also been published in Spanish and Portuguese since 1955.

The Review and Herald made a significant and historical contribution to children when it developed and published the classic Uncle Arthur’s 5-volume Bedtime Stories collection and the famous 10-volume The Bible Story series. Health and character building publications continue to be a high priority at Review and Herald, which now offers more than 4,000 different items, including books, Bibles, CD’s and DVD’s on music, health, education and entertainment.

Today the Review and Herald has nearly 200 employees.
